6. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you enter into a contract with the vendor. We facilitate the transaction but are not a party to the sale. Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment.

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are determined by individual vendors. We facilitate refund requests but final decisions rest with the vendor.

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Tea Kadai or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.
